We’re hiring : Junior / Mid Accountant & Financial Controller (Remote | CET) EverAI | €27K–€55K | Full-Time | Remote (CET)

EverAI is growing rapidly — from 0 to 22M users since our launch in September 2023. We are now hiring a Junior or Mid-Level Accountant & Financial Controller to support our CFO and help scale our financial operations.

What you'll do

  • Report to our CFO and oversee daily accounting activities with external providers.
  • Take ownership of complex bookkeeping topics.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure VAT and tax compliance across countries with our partners.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Handle and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Manage financial controls and recommend process improvements.
  • Utilize Xero to its full potential.
  • Work with crypto transactions and ensure proper accounting treatment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.

About you

  • Experience in accounting / financial control (1–5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of Xero .
  • Familiar with VAT / tax regulations across Europe.
  • Interest or experience in crypto transactions is a big plus.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong communicator, detail-oriented.
  • Must be available to work in CET timezone.
