Finance Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations of the company in Spain, including accounting, budgeting, cost control, and treasury management.
• Ensure full compliance with Spanish financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance. Manage tax declarations, statutory filings, and coordination with external auditors.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports and analysis to the headquarters in China to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise and develop the local finance team, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous professional growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including banks, tax authorities, auditors, and legal consultants.Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of financial management experience, preferably within Chinese companies or multinational corporations operating in Spain or Europe.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP (PGC) and local tax systems.
• Proficiency in financial tools such as Sage, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Native or fluent command of both Chinese and Spanish;

English proficiency is a strong asset.
