Functions :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients who bring in the most revenue for the company.
- Play a key role in attracting new customers and be responsible for their effective onboarding.
- Focus on growth in alternative segments where the company may not be present.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
- Oversee customer service assigned to each customer.
- Communicate and collaborate with marketing, sales, purchasing, technical and logistics departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Reporting on account performance, targets and forecasts for the relevant area.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and meet deadlines set for the achievement of each client’s long-term objectives.
- Comply with both general and position-specific policies and procedures, as well as ensure the completion of all tasks within scope to facilitate the achievement of the company’s objectives.
Education :
Higher education in Chemistry, Business Administration, International Business or similar.Specific Knowledge :
Knowledge in the industries of fragrances, flavours, animal feed, cosmetics, etc.Basic knowledge of international trade.Advanced user of Office Suite.Analytical skills.Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.Languages :
