About the role

We’re seeking a user-problem driven Senior Product Designer to craft top-tier solutions through thorough product reasoning. You will design end-to-end experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful web and mobile solutions.

Your daily tasks will include

  • Defining and framing the problem space, exploring multiple solutions before selecting the final one.
  • Designing end-to-end experiences for a specific product area.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of design solutions using user feedback and data analytics, iterating to optimize user experience.
  • Partnering with Engineering and Product Management to co-create strategic directions and plan roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Participating in design reviews and regularly sharing your work with design and company leadership.

What we expect from you

  • 5+ years of experience at product-driven companies.
  • Proven track record designing digital products for web and mobile.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience conducting user research to validate design approaches.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience with building design systems.
  • Strong background in A / B testing methodologies and best practices.
