Job Title : Technical Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors ECP

Location : Remote (depending on project needs)

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : Until May 2026

Project Type : SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Migration

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to lead the technical aspects of a migration project from SAP HCM to SAP SSFF ECP. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in SAP implementations and preferably some knowledge of SAP HCM PY (Payroll) .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical leadership for the migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Analyze current processes and design scalable technical solutions in SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Manage system testing, issue resolution, and validation activities.
  • Ensure proper integration with other SAP and third-party systems.
  • Support project planning and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, with a strong focus on ECP.
  • Technical expertise in payroll processes and integrations.
  • Experience in SAP HCM PY is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to lead technical workstreams in complex projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
