Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced technology lead to own solution design and delivery of Revenue Management, Pricing and Tender Mgmt. applications across the European and international regions. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our IT solutions meet the evolving needs of the business.

Join a high‑impact team driving innovation in Revenue Management and Pricing applications. Work closely with business stakeholders, third‑party providers, and internal tech teams to deliver scalable, integrated applications. Own the end‑to‑end design and delivery of cutting‑edge pricing and revenue solutions. Collaborate with solution architects, ERP teams, and data scientists to shape the future of commercial excellence.

Play a critical role in delivering measurable value through innovative solutions. Partner with our managed services provider to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Ownership : Lead solution design and architecture for Revenue Management, Pricing and Tender mgmt. Applications across Europe and international regions, aligning with global IT strategy and business objectives.
• Program & Project Delivery : Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of new systems and enhancements – from requirements gathering through go‑live – across a landscape of custom‑built and third‑party applications (e.g., Model N, Vistex).
• Application Landscape Management :

Internal solutions built using SharePoint, SQL, and ML / AI models.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IT roles with at least 5 years in senior roles delivering Revenue Management, Pricing and Tender Mgmt. applications in a regulated industry (pharmaceuticals preferred).

Strategic mindset with ability to translate complex business needs into technology solutions.

Preferred Location

Prague (Czech Republic) or Madrid (Spain). Occasional travel may be required.
