We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Manager to join our infrastructure team. This role will play a critical part in managing and developing core infrastructure platform services, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies).
  • Administer and optimize VMware vSphere and vCenter environments.
  • Manage enterprise storage systems (SAN / NAS) including performance tuning and capacity planning.
  • Maintain and test enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).
  • Automate tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
  • Provide escalation support for complex system issues, collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Implement and monitor system alerts to ensure infrastructure health and availability.
  • Maintain infrastructure security and compliance, including patching, AV, and system hardening.
  • Keep detailed infrastructure documentation and maintain the CMDB.
  • Coordinate and execute infrastructure maintenance windows with minimal disruption.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • 3+ years managing Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
  • 3+ years experience with VMware vSphere administration.
  • 2+ years managing enterprise storage solutions (SAN / NAS).
  • 2+ years with backup solutions and DR planning.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting core infrastructure (performance, availability, monitoring).
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
