Job Title :

Talent Development SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our talent management strategy, ensuring that we have the right people with the right skills in place to drive business success.As a key member of our HR function, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted solutions to address them. You will also be responsible for delivering training programs, coaching and mentoring employees, and implementing succession planning initiatives.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of talent management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations to support business decisions.Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement our talent management strategy, including succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives- Deliver training programs and workshops to develop the skills and capabilities of our employees- Coach and mentor employees to help them achieve their career goals and develop their leadership potential- Analyze data and metrics to inform talent management decisions and identify areas for improvement- Work closely with senior leaders and managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted solutions to address themRequirements :
  • 10+ years of experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective talent management strategies- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with senior leaders, managers, and employees at all levels- Fluency in English, with additional European languages an assetWhy Join Us?We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career.
