Workday Integration Specialist

As part of a recent HR digital transformation, our client has successfully implemented a Workday HCM solution. The next phase of the programme involves the integration of other enterprise systems and third-party applications.

The Workday Integration Specialist will be key to ensuring all future integrations are robust, secure, and compliant.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

Design, build and test first-class Workday integrations using Workday Studio and Core Connectors

Ensure integrations are compatible with business processes, data governance and existing enterprise architecture

Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage Workday APIs

Coordinate with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll and IT to ensure the success of integrations and Workday solutions

Essential Skills :

Experience in Workday integration development and support using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors

Workday data models and security architecture

Enterprise-level collaborations, ideally within a global setting

Nice to have :

Workday Extend or Prism Analytics
