We are looking for a talented Java Engineer specializing in Microservices and AWS to join a project for a global leader in credit cards, auto loans, banking, and savings accounts.This 100% remote position is open to candidates located in Spain, requiring fluent English for effective collaboration with international teams.Main tasks and responsibilities include :

Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and high-quality software.Embrace the DevOps mindset :

you build it, you own it, you run it," ensuring reliable software maintenance.Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.Collaborate effectively both independently and within a team.Engage in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including QA and peer code reviews.Align with product management objectives and vision.Drive innovation within your team and technical domain.Qualifications include :

Strong Java programming skills and API development experience.Deep understanding of SDLC, design patterns, and principles (e.G., SOLID).Experience with testing types :

Unit, API, Acceptance, Load Testing.Experience with distributed architectures like SOA or MSA and event-driven architectures.Proficiency with REST APIs and AWS services.Experience with Gradle or Maven, Jenkins, and Agile methodologies.English language proficiency at B2+ / C1 level.What we offer :
