Your Challenge :
Are you passionate about beauty and customer service? We are seeking a motivated Customer Care Coordinator to join our growing beauty e-commerce team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about beauty products and eager to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities :
- Customer Inquiries : Respond to customer questions and concerns via email, phone, and live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Product Assistance : Provide customers with detailed information on beauty products, including features, benefits, and usage advice.
- Order Management : Help with order tracking, processing returns and exchanges, and ensuring timely delivery.
- E-commerce Support : Guide customers through the online shopping process, assisting with navigation, checkout, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Customer Feedback : Gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with the team.
- Post-Purchase Support : Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any post-sale concerns, and build long-term relationships.
- CRM Maintenance : Update customer records and track interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate and organized data.
What we expect from you :
At least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in e-commerce or beauty.Interest and knowledge in beauty products.Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).Why join 3INA :
