Prospecting Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Generate and qualify leads, focusing on connecting with decision-makers in key industries.
  • Maintain a high level of activity by reaching out to a targeted number of leads daily.

Lead Qualification

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and determine if they align with PGI’s solutions.
  • Set up meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Use active listening and consultative selling techniques to gather information and assess potential fit.
  • Pipeline Management

  • Ensure that all lead and prospect data is accurately recorded in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the sales team to priorities leads and support the handover process.
  • Manage a personal pipeline of prospects, ensuring that progress is consistent and aligned with sales targets.
  • Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and execute outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights from lead interactions and market trends.
  • On day one you will bring :

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or client-facing role, preferably in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales tools and techniques.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
