ROLE
We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated Account Executive to join our client’s dynamic and innovative sales team . In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by acquiring new clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. You will work closely with Sales Specialists and leverage your outbound B2B sales expertise to generate leads, build strong relationships, and close deals successfully.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and prospect potential clients within designated markets.
- Conduct research to understand client needs, challenges, and business pain points.
- Collaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals efficiently.
- Continuously monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company.
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales , preferably with a focus on SMBs.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle , from prospecting to closing deals.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs (quotas, conversion rates, lead generation targets).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills , with a consultative selling approach.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation software.
- Familiarity with inbound sales methodologies or content-driven sales techniques (preferred).
