Offer Description

We are seeking to recruit a research assistant for the DigiCanTrain - Transition project of the eHL of the Faculty of Health Sciences.

The aim of the project is to define a new competence framework and a training plan for health professionals involved in the management of oncological processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Follow-up of the deliverables of the two research projects.
  • Participation in the follow-up and coordination meetings of the two projects.
  • Writing tables and press releases to disseminate the projects.
  • Collaborate with the tasks of supporting the usual dynamics of the eHL research group.
  • Collaborate in the search for funding for the group : drafting of projects, monitoring of calls for proposals.

The successful candidate will be awarded a temporary employment contract until 28 February 2026 on a part-time basis at 50% of the working day, with a planned start date of April.

The reference headquarters will be located at 22@, Rambla del Poblenou, 156, in Barcelona. However, at the UOC we work with an open work model that combines teleworking with face-to-face work, depending on organisational needs and the nature of the tasks.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or health-related qualification.
  • 3 years performing tasks similar to those described in the offer.
  • Knowledge of evaluation of digital solutions in the field of health.
  • Knowledge of participatory dynamics in the framework of ‘design thinking’.
  • Statistical analysis skills at a medium level.
  • Knowledge of project management.
  • Knowledge of co-creation of digital solutions.
  • Proficiency in the Office package at user level.
  • Proficiency in collaborative tools at user level (MS Teams, Google Drive).
  • Ability to systematically review scientific evidence.
