to lead a talented squad of 10 engineers while remaining deeply

hands-on in the code .

What You’ll Do Lead a cross-functional team of 10 engineers, guiding delivery, performance, and culture. Remain hands-on with the codebase, architecture, and technical decisions. Collaborate with leadership to shape our product and engineering vision. Drive a high-performance team culture through mentorship, feedback, and clear direction. React, TypeScript We’re open to candidates from either a backend or frontend background – what matters most is

technical excellence and leadership experience .

What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience leading teams

with a strong foundation in either frontend or backend development. A passion for scaling teams and products in a high-growth, fast-moving environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fully remote setup.
