✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

  • 4 years of experience in Delphi Back-End development .
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining Delphi panels and enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of .NET is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Fluent in Spanish ; English is a plus.
  • Motivation to develop your skills in Delphi and explore other programming languages.
  • Flexible and proactive mindset, ready to adapt to project requirements.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Develop and maintain back-end applications using Delphi.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in the full lifecycle of software development : design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot issues in existing systems.
  • Share knowledge and propose improvements to enhance application performance and scalability.
