UX Designer

You'll strive to become knowledgeable of and work with product vision and strategy, gaining a deep understanding of the data.

You'll collaborate with the cross-functional team to identify available information, define research processes, and determine product development needs. You will communicate the rationale effectively with stakeholders.

You will work to reduce isolated design efforts and promote an inclusive design process within the team.

You will regularly communicate with external clients and internal subject matter experts.

You will develop concepts for new products and features based on data, market research, user, and business preferences.

You will design, build, and set up usability tests for prototypes, working from sketches to quick prototypes for iterative feedback. You will present research findings and feedback reports.

You will stay informed of the current state : maintaining and testing products or features continuously.

You will ensure active collaboration with engineering teams throughout development cycles.

You will work with the design team to maintain consistency across the platform experience.

You will strive for system and experience consistency by utilizing and contributing to the design system.

You will ensure designs meet industry standards for accessibility, usability, durability, and appearance.

Qualifications :

• Excellent teamwork skills with cross-functional teams and design colleagues.
• Experience with Figjam, Sketch, and other design and prototyping tools.
• Ability to articulate problems clearly and concisely.
• Enthusiasm for delivering value to customers through digital products.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and include them in the design process.
• Advocate of design thinking.
• Adaptability to different team styles.

Additional Information :

This role is Hybrid : 1 day per week at our Madrid office.
