Position : Customer Experience Specialist (German)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat.
- Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem.
- Constantly brainstorm with colleagues to improve the Customer Experience; troubleshooting, innovation, and change management are part of the daily business.
- Use the latest technology and AI integrations and become an expert in this field.
- Control and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms.
- Responsible for Trustpilot reviews, improving overall company NPS through excellent service.
- Flag and escalate customer queries, coming up with suitable solutions.
- Map and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS :
Native level German and fluent English.Customer service is in your DNA and you have some experience already.Excellent communication skills.An interest in innovation (think chatbot integrations).You are proactive and solution-oriented.You can think outside the box to always find a solution for the customer.A technical background is an advantage.You are proficient with computers and can type at lightning speed.BENEFITS :
