As a company that thrives on creativity and innovation, we’re searching for a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of our product and design culture. As our Product Designer, you will :

  • Lead Product Design : Take full ownership of the design process—from ideation to execution—creating intuitive, beautiful, and impactful user experiences.
  • Shape Strategy : Work closely with the CEO to translate big-picture goals into user-centered design solutions.
  • Mentor & Teach : Act as a design mentor, guiding in design principles, product thinking, and user experience best practices.
  • Collaborate : Create and refine wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
  • Define Design Culture : Help establish Cowfy’s design standards, tools, and processes to build a strong foundation for our design team.
  • Solve Problems : Apply a mix of creativity, empathy, and analytics to solve complex design challenges for our users.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : 5+ years of product design experience, ideally at a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Mentorship Skills : A natural mentor who thrives on sharing knowledge and uplifting others.
  • Master of Your Craft : A strong portfolio showcasing a range of product design work, including UX / UI, visual design, and user research.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset : You love tackling challenges and are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
  • Collaboration : Experience working closely with engineering teams, product managers, and senior leadership.
  • Adaptability : You’re comfortable in a startup environment and thrive with autonomy.
  • Tools : Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
