IT Associate Intern (Technology & Infrastructure)

Descripción del trabajoProvide IT support to employees : troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (PCs, printers, scanners, network devices). Support license management and software deployment (M365, OA, Lark). Monitor system performance and report to the IT Manager. Document IT processes and prepare simple user guides for staff. Collaborate with HR and business teams to support digital operations. Student or graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields. Basic knowledge of networks, hardware, and software. Interest in IT infrastructure or business systems operations (SAP / DMS experience is a plus). Strong problem-solving mindset, eager to learn, proactive attitude. Good communication skills in Spanish and English . Chinese (Mandarin) will be considered a strong plus. Internship in a leading automotive group with global exposure. International team environment at our European headquarters in Barcelona . Mentorship and learning opportunities with IT experts. Possibility to continue in a full-time IT role after the internship. Salary : Negotiable.
