About the Job

The Visual Communicator / Graphic Designer develops graphic designs (e.g., art, color themes, photographs, web pages), audio and video to support Allianz' image, identity, and brands. You will realize graphical requirements from multiple customers according to the Group standards.

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Communicator / Graphic Designer to join our Global Communications & Reputations Team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in or very closely with a Communications team and will be able to create visually compelling content aligned with our brand strategy.

What you do

  • Develop visuals, graphic designs, and communication formats (e.g., color themes, photographs, web pages, audio and video) to support the organization's image, identity, and brands by applying appropriate graphic standards, techniques, and methods.
  • Translate business content, user needs, and technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
  • Take an idea from creation through production while managing timelines and expectations.
  • Collaborate and conceptualize across teams.
  • Stay aware and engaged with the latest standards, changes, and trends in the visual design field.

What you bring

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Quality and project management, and consulting skills.
  • Relevant work experience as a designer or in brand management.
  • Qualification or certification in the field of graphic or visual design is desirable.
