Teamcaptain

We are looking for a team captain who can work as an Inside Sales Medewerker and also manage a team. The ideal candidate should have an MBO+ education, be results-driven, and have experience in the contact center industry. They should also be accurate, work quickly, and be able to maintain an overview of their work.

The responsibilities of this role include :

• Actively participating in the primary process as an Inside Sales Medewerker
• Managing a team and being the first point of contact and question handler
• Monitoring KPIs such as scheduled appointments and quality
• Direct reporting to the operational manager of the location (weekly meeting)
• Coaching and training colleagues
• Motivating and enthusing the team

We offer a salary between € 2,160 and € 2,592, a full-time position (39 hours per week), 28 vacation days per year, and an employee benefits program.
