Main Responsibilities :
Daily Technical support to Service Center
Internal technical support for pending, complaints and legal cases
Repair quality monitoring and continuous improvement
Technical onsite visit in Repair Center. (ASC).
Online (Call Center) support for technical escalation, identify typical issue and create internal FAQ
Weekly Crisis management Meeting with Online team
Technical and repair training to Repair Center.
Product training to Repair Center. and Call Center
