As an Innovation Ecosystem Consultant , you will develop initiatives leading to the Smart Manufacturing field growth across Spain, working together with the most relevant research institutions and technology centers placed all over the country. In this role, you´ll interface with key stakeholders set to define AI and deep learning strategies seizing manufacturing processes and industry to the challenges of today´s economy. Responsibilities

Leading research studies and consultancy projects on trends in the AI field, with a special focus on emerging technologies, cybersecurity, advanced comms, semiconductors and applied technologies.
Collaborate with universities, research centers, and leading companies to generate strategic reports that boost the competitiveness of this field at a national and international level.
Ensuring excellence in project delivery by applying suitable methodologies and proactively mitigating risks.
Resolving complex problems and creating innovative solutions.
Managing client relationships, building trust by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Proactively identifying business opportunities in consultancy and converting them into concrete commercial proposals.
Leading the preparation and presentation of commercial proposals within your area of responsibility in the public sector.
Define and implement strategies aligned with the economic and innovation objectives of the region in this field, as well as with international market trends.
Advise public and private bodies in strategic decision-making through the preparation of technical and market reports with economic impact.

Minimum Requirements :

7+ years of experience in market analysis or business consultancy, preferably AI applied to data spaces, robotic technologies or smart manufacturing.

Demonstrated ability to generate strategic reports and influence decision-making at the executive level.

Knowledge on any of the following AI technologies (e.g., deep learning, ML / NN, gen AI, LLMs, expert systems, robotics, RPA…)

Pilot manufacturing lines or data spaces reference models and use cases knowledge.

Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and ability to lead multidisciplinary projects.

Ability to work in international environments.

Preferably Electronics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering MSc or tech related university studies.

Market research and strategic development professional experience, MBA will be a plus.

Proposal writing capabilities for national / European call for grants

Experience with innovative ecosystems / methodologies and their impact on strategic fields such as healthcare, automotive, IoT, connected vehicle, aeronautics, circular economy and advanced manufacturing.

Analytical and strategic capacity to identify development and expansion opportunities in emerging markets.

Experience in large-scale technological projects management and coordination of technical and multidisciplinary teams.
