As a Senior Product Designer you will shape the user experience and design solutions for our generative AI products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, impactful, and visually compelling designs that leverage AI to solve real problems. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design, a passion for AI-driven innovation, and the ability to contribute to our design process, standards, and team practices. Our Generative AI team acts as a central hub, collaborating with existing teams to deliver GenAI-enabled solutions, identify and lead new GenAI initiatives, and build backend architecture to serve GenAI models at scale while controlling costs. This role is part of our Platform function, which builds systems, tools, and capabilities that empower all product teams to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

Note : This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in or near Barcelona for occasional in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design vision and strategy for generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
• Design and visualize current and future customer experiences with artifacts such as service standards, frameworks, personas, maps and blueprints, and customer experience strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, researchers, software engineers and business partners to build coherent end-to-end services.
• Participate in design practice activities and help maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Rapidly design, prototype, and test concepts for services and products based on a deep understanding of business and customer needs.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops with product teams, collaborators, and business partners.
• Communicate and advocate for design decisions. Present design work to the team for review and feedback to drive decisions and commit to final UX deliverables.
• Promote the values of experimentation, design, and product experience quality within your immediate team and cross-functional partners.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and AI.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of design capabilities within the team.
