This role is responsible for leading the human resources mission in Iberia, fostering a culture of lifelong learning and growth mindset.

We are seeking an experienced HRBP to support our Global Operations area, overseeing all HR activities with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement and ED&I strategy.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with leaders and their teams in an agile environment, possessing a strong HR foundation and consultative approach.

The Senior HRBP will be responsible for setting up robust partnerships with internal customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and ensuring their success at TheFork.

You will be accountable for delivering the annual people calendar activities for Iberia, including Performance management, Compensation cycle, Talent development and Engagement.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior HRBP, supporting Iberia and driving organizational change. You will be working closely with the HR Service Delivery team to manage operational employee issues and provide advice to business leaders.

  • Lead the human resources mission in Iberia, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement and ED&I strategy.
  • Oversee all HR activities in the Global Operations area, partnering with leaders and their teams to drive organizational change.
  • Set up and maintain robust partnerships with internal customers, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Deliver the annual people calendar activities for Iberia, including Performance management, Compensation cycle, Talent development and Engagement.

Your Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders and their teams in an agile environment.
  • A strong HR foundation and consultative approach.
  • Fast learner, growth mindset and proactive approach.
  • Metrics-oriented with good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in startups, retail or hospitality environments (not required).
