Job Responsibilities :
- To develop and execute the trade marketing plan in achieving the marketing and sales objectives in offline channels through the implementation of appropriate product mix, in-store presence, activations and promotions
- Looking after all trade promotion (placing promotions based on marketing calendar)
- Weekly market visits- monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategy, current promotions and stock level across POS (point of sale)
- Monitoring stock movement to store, suggesting promotions or trade deals on slow-moving or near expiry products or promotions
- Executing BTL activities (new product launch and listing, sampling, consumer promotions)
- Actively taking part in product launch (giving presentation to sales team on new SKU)
- Follow up with sales / product manager in order to achieve estimated sales on trade deals
- Tracking down the sell-out data by SKU and analyzing each product on weekly basis for each POS / store. Preparing sales tracker for the same
- Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Monitoring competitor activity, Evaluating visibility & market coverage of our products through weekly market visits
- Contributing & executing marketing plans & projects
- Collect and disseminate Best Practices for profitable trade marketing activities
Job Requirements :
Bachelor Degree or in Marketing, or any related field;3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, and background in tobacco / Vape industry is preferred;Great communication skills. Able to build trusted relations both internally and externally;Able to work under pressure in a startup companyWho We Are :
