About the Role
We are looking for a Logistics Procurement Supervisor to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will contribute to boosting sales and driving the development of our tracker solutions in international projects. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development, admission, contract management, and regular assessment of local logistics suppliers in the European local.
- Arrange bidding in SRM system for goods produced from European factories according to the shipping request from Logistics operation team. Provide the optimal logistics price that meets transportation target.
- For the cargo exported from China to Europe, responsible for project price quotation from CIF to DAP / DDP, including destination port fees and truck transportation costs.
- Responsible for bidding and price comparison of goods exported from China to Europe from CIF to DAP / DDP.
- Responsible for freight reconciliation, negotiation, PO entry, invoice matching, payment request, procurement ledger registration, and document archiving.
- Research on the cost standards of Demurrange, Detention, port storage for each EU basic port, and update regularly.
- Responsible for researching the storage fee standards for terminals, third-party warehouses, and yards near various destination ports in the European region.
- Assist logistics operations in optimizing European import transfer plans and controlling abnormal logistics costs based on the fees charged by various destination ports and third-party warehouses in EU. Responsible for negotiating prices for abnormal expenses.
- Complete other tasks assigned by leader.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or aboveAbout 5 years of international logistics related work experienceHave experience in international logistics operation and familiar with import and export processes.Technical Skills & Experience
Familiar with local customs policies and import duties & taxes in Europe.Strong communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving mindset, and clear logic.Familiar with WORD, PPT and other office software, proficient in EXCEL operation.Proficiency in Spanish / English, and be able to speak Chinese is preferred.What We're Looking For
