Descripción del trabajoGuide and mentor the development team on coding, design, and architecture best practices. Plan and oversee user stories to ensure timely and on-scope delivery. Design and implement scalable, maintainable system architectures. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Resolve technical issues and roadblocks to keep projects on track. Stay updated on industry trends and advocate for relevant new technologies. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 9+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Experience with commercial lending platforms is preferred, but any financial background is acceptable Proficiency in TypeScript is required; experience with VueJS , Node.js, AWS, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL is a plus Experienced in building systems from the ground up; from scratch Expertise with cloud platforms (preferably AWS / Azure) and DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipelines Knowledgeable of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams. Skilled in leading, inspiring, and developing high-performing technical teams. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills. Job Expectations :
- Employment Type : Full-Time; Project-based (30-36 months)
- Base Salary : Php 160,000 - Php 220,000
- Work Setup & Location : Remote - Metro Manila
