Position summary The Program Manager will oversee the implementation program for global clients, acting as the first escalation point within the governance model. They will manage efficient global implementation programs of ADP Celergo alongside other ADP products / services within the scope of the program, typically multi-region SBS with no more than 10 countries and fewer than 1,000 employees, primarily for Mid-Market clients.

Responsibilities include monitoring and managing client relationships, providing consultative solutions to potential issues, ensuring high-quality transition from implementation to service, and participating in business improvement projects and pre-engagement meetings.

Key responsibilities :

Understanding client global objectives and communicating these internally to set clear program objectives.

Developing and managing the Program Charter to ensure timely achievement of goals across all countries and services.

Leading Steering Committee meetings, reviewing program status, discussing issues, risks, and mitigation plans.

Reporting to client HQ and internal stakeholders.

Coordinating and acting as escalation point during implementation.

Leading project teams to ensure alignment with program objectives and contractual commitments.

Mentoring and coaching colleagues, providing timely feedback, and ensuring standards are met.

Staying updated with ADP product roadmap and providing feedback on enhancements.

Surveying each "go live" within a month for feedback, assessing client satisfaction, and developing action plans for residual issues.

Working independently and collaboratively in complex environments and governance structures.

Building strong relationships across internal teams and communicating effectively with executive managers.

Managing escalations with a program leader mindset, facilitating decision-making at leadership levels.

Qualifications :

Over 3-5 years of experience in implementing global payroll or HR projects.

Proven program and project management experience.

Strong communication skills adaptable to all levels.

Enthusiasm for leading virtual international meetings.

Ability to work in complex environments with governance structures.

Experience in multicultural and multinational settings.

Understanding of HR / Payroll processes and high-level concepts.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Education :

University degree or equivalent education.

Payroll and HR training is advantageous.

Project management certifications are advantageous.
