About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to grow professionally while contributing to the success of our company.

You'll collaborate closely with our local finance teams as well as the CEO / COO, to lead the finance operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support accounting and financial statements of NatureRe Capital AG, Switzerland, and other group entities (Spain & Colombia)
  • Manage Budget Projections and Cash Flow in relation to all group entities
  • Assist in structuring and implementing group transfer pricing policy
  • Support and manage audit processes

    Required Skills

  • Certified accountant with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in investment management / finance industry
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and ability to work internationally
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish
  • Based in Valencia / Spain (Spanish citizen or relevant work permit)

    • Desired Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Working knowledge of German is a plus
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus
