We're a Czech company leading in solar energy in Europe and Latin America .

Our power plants operate successfully in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Cyprus, Romania, and Chile. We are headquartered in Prague and Santiago, but our company is rapidly expanding, with employees in Greece, France, Serbia, Spain, Romania, and Colombia.

We are seeking a proactive Operation Coordinator to be the right hand of our Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this critical role, you will facilitate smooth communication between our headquarters and regional offices, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and helping drive strategic initiatives.

What will you do?

  • Serve as the main point of contact between HQ and regional offices , ensuring efficient communication and decision-making .
  • Support the COO by setting up meetings, preparing reports, and providing regular updates on key performance indicators.
  • Foster strong teamwork and minimize conflicts between HQ and regional offices.
  • Monitor and report on risks, compliance issues, and operational deviations.
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and operational reporting .
  • Participate in policy development and contract negotiations .
  • Propose strategies to overcome challenges and mitigate the impact of unexpected events .

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Systematic and analytical approach to setting priorities and managing tasks.
  • Flexible, with strong problem-solving abilities to adapt to changing scenarios.
  • Leadership skills, capable of managing by example and inspiring teams .
  • Fluent in English with advanced MS Office skills .
