About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Biorce, you will be the engine that fuels our growth. This is a strategic and hands‑on role where you will be responsible for finding, attracting, and securing the niche talent required to advance our expansion. You won't just fill vacancies; you will partner directly with leadership in our Tech, Data Science, Clinical Research and Product teams to develop and execute world‑class hiring strategies. You will be the face of Biorce, ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership & Consultation : Work directly with Hiring Managers and the People Operations Manager to understand business strategy, workforce planning, and define the critical skills needed for each role.
• End-to-End Recruitment : Own the full recruitment life cycle, from defining job descriptions to offer negotiation and closing.
• Expert Sourcing : Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of talent in the Healthtech, AI, and Clinical Research domains.
• Candidate Experience & Employer Branding : Serve as a passionate brand ambassador. Ensure a seamless, engaging, and professional experience for all candidates that reflects Biorce’s values.
• Process Excellence & Data Analytics : Drive continuous improvement in our recruiting processes. Track key metrics (Time-to-Hire, Quality of Hire, Source of Hire) and use data to provide insights and influence hiring decisions.
• Compliance & Consistency : Ensure our hiring practices are inclusive, equitable, and fully compliant with local labor laws.
