Descripción del trabajoMaintains computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and conduct face-to-face / onsite support. Administration and internal support of personal computers, printers, servers and related equipment. Sets and loads computer equipment with required items and prepare it for operation Maintains daily performance of computer systems Responds to queries either in person or over the phone Follow up with customers / clients to ensure issue has been resolved Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software Inventory and Asset Management Conducts or participates to assigned projects that could be related to Asset and Preventive, Deployment and Migration Activities and among other similar or related activities
Job Qualification :
- Graduate of 4-year IT related course
- Could quickly adapt to immediate operational changes.
- Good communication skills
- Must be amenable to work in multiple location : Quezon City, Malabon, Eastwood, Novaliches, and Ortigas.
- Candidate must be willing to work in a shifting schedule.
