We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee our IDT (Integrated Dental Technologies) Business Unit supporting activities globally. You would act as the guardian of the culture, diversity, skills and capabilities of the people and influence hiring globally across the global business unit and the wider organization.
You would work closely with IDT Leadership Team members personally leading Executive recruitment for a range of critical ‘Executive minus one’ roles. You would oversee the strategy for global hiring for IDT across multiple global locations primary in the USA, Canada, Spain, Germany, Poland, Brazil, Costa Rica and China. To support these, you would partner with the regional Join (Talent Acquisition) teams to support delivery and execution. IDT is a complex, global business unit which carries a real diversity of role types with a focus on Clinical Treatment Planning, Marketing and Education, Software and Hardware R&D, Product Management and Sales roles. Annually you be accountable for approximately 300 hires globally and would report to the Global Head of Join.
You would lead global hiring and pipelining efforts for future capability needs, partnering closely with Global / Regional HR Leadership team members to define hiring needs and design proactive talent sourcing initiatives to meet business growth objectives. You will be hands on in Executive candidate sourcing for confidential roles in HQ, conversion of prospects into candidates, maintaining high touch relationships (including candidates and Exec Search firms) through the recruitment process, leading professional interviews on behalf of HR, and guiding the business to make the best hiring decisions.
You will be a member of the Global “Join Leadership team” at a time when the Global Talent Acquisition organization is going through transformation. You would be a “flag bearer” of the transformation involved in a range of projects, process mapping, model adoption initiatives, compliance, re-mapping roles and responsibilities, evolving TA service deliverables (pipelining, direct sourcing, employer branding), hiring manager training, brand ambassadorship, etc.

The role is based in our Madrid office in Spain. The role requires being in the office min 3 days a week ensuring strong collaboration and relationship management with our executive stakeholders, and being part of a growing team of TA Partners based in the Madrid location. Occasional travel to our Basel headquarters would be required.
