As Construction Services Sourcing Manager your primary mission will be to develop, manage, and coordinate purchasing activities and processes for civil and electrical and other building services to contribute to the growth of the civil industry.

The challenges you will face :

  • Establish requests for quotations (RFQs) and negotiate Civil and Electrical Construction services, and other services for wind turbine configuration, including commercial and operational terms.
  • Establish a base of specialized suppliers and manage purchasing framework and purchasing strategies.
  • Maintain records of acquisitions , such as items or services quoted, purchased, and costs.
  • Provide cost estimates for projects in the sales phase.
  • Review bid proposals and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to effectively achieve company and project objectives.
  • Implement and improve process standards at a global level to facilitate the day-to-day of the activity.
  • Report achievements and challenges on a regular basis.
  • What will make you succeed in the position :

  • Bachelor or master’s in engineering (civil and / or electrical).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement and / or supplier negotiations , preferable in the Civil or Renewable Energy sector.
  • Must : High level in English (min. C1) and international experience
  • Good Negotiation and Communication skills.
  • Experience in identifying and assessing commercial contractual risks , developing strategies for risk prevention / control.
  • Autonomous and flexible.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Intercultural understanding and experience in working with different cultures.

    You are ready to travel from time to time within the country or abroad.

    Almost 100% teleworking with a visit once a week that will help you combine with your work and family life.

    What the selection process will be like :

  • You will receive a phone call from the Talent Acquisition team , where we can chat about more details of the project, your experience and salary expectations (15 min).
  • If the project catches your attention, you will have a first online interview with the head of Talent Acquisition to answer any questions about the project (40 min).
  • The last phase will be a face-to-face technical validation with the person in charge of the project and you will learn in more detail about what the day-to-day is like (45 min).
