We are seeking a technically trained and commercially experienced Junior Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with our technical team to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the client portfolio across Iberia (Spain and Portugal)
- Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on orders
- Support the preparation of client meetings and presentations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Representing the company at industry fairs and events
- Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Engineering, Marketing)

Requirements
Degree in Engineering preferred (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field preferred)2-3 years of experience in commercial roles or as a sales assistantStrong communication skills and customer-oriented mindsetHighly organized, proactive, and able to work independentlyFluent in Spanish and English (additional Portuguese languages are a plus)Willingness to travel________________________________________

Experience managing documentation : contracts, orders, certificates, tendersAbility to prepare compelling commercial proposalsFamiliarity with delivery tracking, claims handling, and logistics coordination (preferred)________________________________________
