Role Summary

The Account Manager grows a segment of the portfolio by managing existing accounts or deepening partnerships. This role involves managing accounts primarily from France and newly acquired integrated partners, analyzing business and operational performance for opportunities, and handling service delivery. The role also includes executing account strategies and sharing best practices across teams and regions.

Experience & Education

  • 2+ years for Bachelor's degree, 0-2 years for Master's degree
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience

Functional / Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in English and French (written and oral)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in sales techniques
  • Experience in portfolio management, relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Role Expectations

  • Build relationships with customer account teams and key decision makers
  • Create opportunities through meetings and exploratory discussions
  • Understand and report on customer business issues
  • Recommend products and services to meet customer needs
  • Understand how the department operates within the larger organization
  • Demonstrate awareness of policies, trends, and competitor activities
  • Analyze financial impacts and document business cases for change
  • Learn contract negotiation processes and handle contractual arrangements
  • Engage stakeholders in decision-making and close deals effectively
  • Develop knowledge of products, technologies, and competitors
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Understand customer industries and market dynamics
  • Attend customer meetings to understand needs and expectations
  • Assess performance metrics and develop value propositions
