We’re working with a global leader in renewable energy who is expanding their offshore wind portfolio across Europe. This fully remote role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to deliver advanced power system studies using PSCAD.This role is ideal for someone technically hands-on and detail-oriented, who enjoys working on complex electrical studies and thrives in a flexible and collaborative project environment. You’ll play a key part in delivering EMT and RMS models, validating system behaviour, and ensuring grid compliance for critical offshore energy infrastructure.Key Responsibilities :

Develop and validate detailed EMT and RMS models for major electrical componentsPerform electromagnetic transient (EMT) studies and dynamic stability analysesAnalyse system behaviour, assess compliance with TSO grid code requirementsSupport the grid connection team by preparing relevant technical documentationReport on study outcomes and assist with cross-functional technical assessmentsManage multiple project tasks, flexing with workload demandsEnsure all work is aligned with established engineering methodologies and QA standardsRequirements :
