ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Frontend Developer, you will work closely with our development team to create and maintain user-friendly web applications. You will be involved in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern web technologies and financial tech applications. 🤝

You will be doing things like...

  • Collaborate with the development team to design, develop and maintain web applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using React, Redux and other frontend technologies.
  • Implement responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, Sass , and Styled Components.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards.
  • Work with JavaScript and TypeScript to ensure type safety and code quality.
  • Assist in the deployment process using Jenkins.
  • Write and maintain unit tests using React Testing Library to ensure code reliability.
  • Use version control systems like Git and Bitbucket to manage code changes.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies industry trends.

You will be using your...

  • Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 .
  • Basic understanding of JS and TS .
  • Familiarity with React and Redux .
  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in frontend development.
  • Basic understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fluent in English .

  • Experience with Sass and Styled Components.
  • Familiarity with financial tech applications.
  • Knowledge of Jenkins for deployment.
  • Experience with Bitbucket.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with writing unit tests using React Testing Library.
