The House of Mercier is looking for an Italian Speaking Freelance Chat Moderator to join our remote team. Responsibilities

Moderate live chat sessions to ensure adherence to community standards and guidelines.
Engage with users in Italian, promoting a friendly and inclusive chat environment.
Quickly identify and address any inappropriate behavior or content.
Assist users with inquiries regarding chat rules and community practices.
Collaborate with fellow moderators to improve chat strategies and enhance user experiences.
Monitor chat interactions and provide feedback on user concerns or recurring issues.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and community standards.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Prior experience in chat moderation, customer service, or a related field preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage real-time discussions effectively.

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with chat moderation tools and online platforms.

Able to work independently in a remote environment and maintain a flexible schedule.

Must be eligible to work as a freelancer.
