1. Technical Support and Problem-Solving

  • Apply biological, medical, and related expertise to provide technical support for distributors and end-users, resolving issues related to reagent usage (e.g., operation, result analysis, compatibility, etc.).
  • Assist customers in optimizing reagent performance to ensure efficient and accurate laboratory workflows.

2. Product Promotion and Customer Engagement

  • Represent Snibe at regional trade shows, academic conferences, and industry events, engaging with clients and potential customers to showcase the technical advantages and applications of Snibe’s reagent portfolio.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to increase customer awareness and confidence in Snibe’s reagent offerings.
  • 3. Sales Support and Market Expansion

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive reagent adoption and growth, participate in product testing, gather user feedback, and contribute to promotional strategies.
  • Provide technical insights to support the sales team in achieving targets, addressing customer needs from a scientific perspective.
  • 4. Customer Training and Capability Development

  • Deliver training sessions to distributors and end-users on reagent products, including product knowledge, laboratory operation protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Design and implement tailored training programs to ensure customers gain proficiency in reagent usage.
  • 5. Technical Documentation and Information Management

  • Develop and update technical documentation and training materials related to reagent products, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Record and track customer feedback and issue resolution progress, providing data-driven insights for product improvements.
  • Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred;
  • Minimum 5 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred;
  • Able to use English as working language;
  • Good communication skills and hard working.
