We are seeking a Head of Iberia and South America, who will also serve as Managing Director of TESY Iberia S.L.U.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as both Head of Iberia and South America, leading the team and the business in the region, and Managing Director of TESY Iberia S.L.U., representing the company legally in line with its statutes and TESY’s policies;
  • Lead market research and analysis for electric water heaters, heat pump water heaters, indirectly heated water tanks, and electric heating appliances in the region;
  • Develop business strategies and plans aligned with corporate goals, focusing on expanding distribution and increasing brand recognition in Spain and Portugal;
  • Propose and implement commercial policies suitable for the regional distribution channels;
  • Develop marketing strategies and annual plans for the region;
  • Manage TESY Iberia’s annual budget, executing business strategies to meet sales and profitability targets;
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Supply Chain, and Aftersales Service to support marketing and operational activities;
  • Oversee customer acquisition, sales, and service operations, managing the sales team and local marketing, customer service, pre-sales, and after-sales professionals;
  • Maintain updated sales forecasts and pipelines using company systems;
  • Generate ideas for product portfolio development based on market opportunities;
  • Handle office management, payroll, and administrative tasks as instructed;
  • Manage external service providers such as accountants, legal advisors, and marketing agencies;
  • Represent TESY Iberia S.L.U. legally before authorities, financial institutions, customers, and stakeholders;
  • Prepare reports according to corporate templates.

Reporting :

  • To the Senior Sales Director as Head of Iberia and South America;
  • To the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Financial Officer as Managing Director of TESY Iberia S.L.U.
  • Requirements :

  • University degree in economics, business administration, technical sciences, or related fields;
  • At least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of five in managerial roles;
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in professional equipment, heating, air conditioning, renewable energy, or domestic appliances;
  • Experience in project business and international environments is advantageous;
  • Native Spanish and fluent English skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and / or other ERP and CRM systems is preferred;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including strategic thinking, negotiation, leadership, organizational skills, communication, and honesty;
  • Willingness to travel regularly to Bulgaria and regional markets.
