Operations Director

Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead our Ground Operations team in Spain and Portugal.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing day-to-day operations, driving business growth, and ensuring profitability. They will be responsible for overseeing risk and incident management, building and managing high-performing teams, and collaborating with regional and global teams to align with broader strategic goals.

A strong understanding of Destination Management Company (DMC) operations is essential, as well as proven leadership skills and a background in managing teams and driving growth.

The successful candidate will be a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, and able to work legally in Spain.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of Ground Operations
• Drive business growth and sales across key destinations, ensuring profitability
• Manage relationships with partners, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional travel experiences
• Oversee risk and incident management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
