Job Description
Scope of Position : Providing Operational Support around Customs and Trade Compliance in our systems and those of our clients.
Major Duties and Responsibilities :
Support Operations, delivery and execution of standardized, compliant trade compliance servicesActively engage with customers on projects to ensure an accurate and timely deliveryMaintain recordkeeping for functional areas of responsibilityClear communications to address issues and support in resolving any Customs and Trade Compliance challengesEffective collaboration and solid communication with team members, clients and third partiesContinuous process improvement mindset : identify gaps in current processes and procedures. Provide recommendations and implement solutions to improve operational processesContinually seek improvement in procedures and services to create more efficient and cost effective operationsMeet company standard of 52 hours of training per yearBe dedicated to the success of Tradewin using ethical business practices at all timesQualifications
Requested Skills, Education, Experience :
