Purpose of the role

To expand, plan and maintain the IT-infrastructure, to design and implement new applications in the IT-environment and to resolve structural problems in order to ensure that the continuity and efficiency of the IT-infrastructure meets the needs of the organization and in order to guarantee its optimum availability and adherence to agreed service levels.

Requirements

• Focus on Networking, Firewalls, Wireless & SD WAN
• Experience in Aruba Cloud, Palo Alto & Cato Networks
• Design and implement new offices. SDWAN, VPN, Firewall Rules, security and cloud provider management
• Low-Level Design of the branch offices. Definition of the Hardware and cabling standards
• Migration of branch offices : Installation and configuration of Firewalls, Switches and Access-Points of the migrated branch offices
• Standardization of the processes : runbooks, documentation, designs, etc
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Well organized and able to analyze an IT problem in a short timeframe
• User oriented, customer focus
• Motivated to help people with IT problems
• Good communicator
• Capable to understand and accept the impact on the business
• Love to work in a team, remote & onsite
• Min. Bachelor ICT or similar by experience (+5 years)
• 15% availability for travel
