We are seeking an exceptional

Head of Growth

to join our Marketing team. This is a pivotal role within the company, responsible for leading our

Paid Acquisition and Retention

efforts, and driving our growth strategy through

data-driven decision-making

and strategic leadership.

As the leader of Performance Marketing, you will oversee

Acquisition, CRM, and Automation, ensuring these areas work harmoniously to deliver exceptional results. If you have a strong analytical mindset and thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Acquisition : Manage the acquisition channel mix, owning the strategy for paid channels across all countries, including Search Engines, Paid Social Media, Metasearch Platforms, Affiliates, and Display Advertising. Define and implement a comprehensive acquisition strategy that ensures the best ROI by channel. Allocate and optimize budgets for each channel in line with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Retention : Own the CRM strategy to enhance customer retention and marketing automation (e.g., transactional journeys and retargeting). Drive re-engagement and conversion through CRM channels, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and newsletters. Develop and execute personalized marketing automation flows to generate organic traffic and boost customer lifetime value.
  • Automation : Lead the development and implementation of automated processes for campaign creation, optimization, and performance tracking. Utilize AI and advanced technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability across marketing efforts. Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to integrate automation tools that drive impactful results.
  • Strategic Leadership and Reporting : Lead cross-functional teams (Paid Marketing & CRM) to define and execute roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals. Produce weekly, monthly, and annual reports and forecasts, analyzing results to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Stay at the forefront of digital marketing technologies, assessing new tools and techniques for their potential fit within the organization.
  • Team Management : Manage and lead dedicated teams for Acquisition and Retention, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with company goals. Guide and support your direct reports, ensuring their activities align with acquisition and retention objectives. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

About You

Experience :

8+ years in performance marketing with hands-on experience in :

  • Google Ads and Display Ads
  • Metasearch platforms (e.g., Trivago, Kayak, TripAdvisor, Google Hotel Ads)
  • Social Ads (e.g., Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Affiliate marketing, retargeting, and email marketing
  • Analytical Expertise :

    A strong analytical mindset, with experience in consulting or analytical roles, is highly valued.

    CRM & Retention :

    Proven success in CRM strategy and customer retention projects.

    Leadership :

    Demonstrated experience leading and managing diverse teams.

    Skills :

    Advanced Excel skills with a data-driven, number-oriented mindset. Strong project management capabilities. Rigorous attention to detail and proactivity. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Languages :

    Fluency in English and either French or Spanish is required; proficiency in all three languages is a significant plus.

    Collaborative :

    Experienced in working with multicultural stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
