Key Responsibilities
About You
Experience :
8+ years in performance marketing with hands-on experience in :
Analytical Expertise :
A strong analytical mindset, with experience in consulting or analytical roles, is highly valued.
CRM & Retention :
Proven success in CRM strategy and customer retention projects.
Leadership :
Demonstrated experience leading and managing diverse teams.
Skills :
Advanced Excel skills with a data-driven, number-oriented mindset. Strong project management capabilities. Rigorous attention to detail and proactivity. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Languages :
Fluency in English and either French or Spanish is required; proficiency in all three languages is a significant plus.
Collaborative :
Experienced in working with multicultural stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Recruitment Process
