Technical Sales Specialist

About The Position

CHC Navigation is looking for a results-oriented Account Sales Manager (B to B) - to join its team. To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of business development and dealer managemen t experience in Europe (Better in Polish speaking countries ); and proven experience of features-benefit-solutions selling in a high-tech environment for Geospatial industries (e.g. surveying, construction, mapping, GIS, marine survey, precision agriculture…).

In this hands-on role, you will identify and recruit new dealers, support and develop existing distributors and manage key accounts in Poland and surrounding countries across our diverse market segments for our positioning and navigation solutions.

Responsibilities

In‌ this role, ‌your primary ‌responsibility will be ‌to ensure our partners and enterprise customers are knowing well and successfully trained to demonstrate, install, and flawlessly use CHCNAV products and solutions. As a technical‌ sales ‌engineer, you‌ are‌ ‌also‌ ‌responsible‌ ‌for‌ offering pre-sales service and ‌answering‌ any ‌technical questions‌, issues and requests. In‌ ‌many ‌cases,‌ ‌this‌ ‌job also‌ ‌requires‌ ‌traveling‌ ‌to‌ ‌business‌ ‌partner‌ ‌locations‌ ‌or‌ ‌customer‌ ‌sites‌ for doing the demonstration and training or demo purposes.‌ ‌Finally, this‌ ‌includes‌ ‌but‌ ‌is‌ ‌not‌ ‌limited‌ ‌to the following critical‌ competencies :

  • Provide‌ ‌fast‌ ‌and‌ ‌efficient‌ ‌customer‌ ‌service‌ ‌to‌ ‌business‌ ‌partners,‌ ‌dealers‌, and‌ enterprise customers;
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new partners and reseller customers from both a hardware and software perspective;
  • Support sales colleagues with the technical details as a technical expert;
  • Arrange on-site tests, demos or trainings, visit customers to effectively convert business leads into orders;
  • Develop and manage the relationship with resellers and partners, being accountable for their updates and technical requests to improve their experience and retention;
  • Perform problem analysis resulting in resolution of product-related problems, including the follow-up, testing, troubleshooting, and the identification of bugs and enhancements;
  • Work closely with CHCNAV Shanghai headquarter to discuss requirements, developments even technical issues. Also keep the HQ informed by regular reports, and get the latest news from them;
  • Approach different European GNSS related agencies and institutes for possible cooperation, certificates, technical documentations or licenses, permissions;
  • Be up-to-date with the latest GNSS related technologies and competitors;
  • Work well in a team environment that spans across different time zones;
  • Achieve regional sales targets, maximize sales volumes and develop maximum market share;
  • Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts in diversified verticals through intensive prospecting activities;
  • Drive and support distributors in the development of their business activities;
  • Respond to, track and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors;
  • Propose, organize and participate in trade shows, events and promotional roadshows;
  • Generate, develop and nurture new market opportunities;
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities;

About you

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales / marketing / engineering.

A minimum of 3 years of proven B to B sales experience in relevant Geospatial industries (GNSS positioning / navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying, precision agriculture) is a must.

Fluency in Spanish and professional level of English – written and oral – are mandatory.

Experience in international dealer management is a plus for this position.

Results oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear goal of high quality and commercial profit.

Possesses strong negotiation and must be an excellent face-to-face communicator.

Note : To be considered for this position, candidates must be EU citizens, and already living and eligible to work in Spain .

Travel‌ ‌Requirements

This position requires frequent travel in Spain (approximately 50%) and occasional travel in Europe to visit business partner / clients, trade shows and strategic accounts.
