EF English Live Sales Team is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of French to join our European team in Barcelona's office. As a Sales Consultant , your responsibilities will include selling and promoting our online English courses, contributing to revenue growth and increasing student enrollment in our online school.

Your key responsibilities will be :

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to potential customers — no cold calls!
  • Upgrading and renewing current customer subscriptions.
  • Owning direct sales in your region and achieving KPIs and sales targets.
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding proactively to client inquiries.
  • Maintaining database and record-keeping activities.

Sales performance will be evaluated based on monthly KPIs.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with the Swiss market.
  • Fluent in French, both written and verbal.
  • At least B2 level of English proficiency.
  • Effective and concise communication skills.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work well in a team.
  • Understanding of KPIs and targets.
  • First month fully office-based for training.
