In ARQUIMEA AEROSPACE DEFENCE & SECURITY  develops safer and more reliable defense systems through technology, including unmanned aerial systems (UAVs), sensing systems, command and control software, and aiming systems .

We are looking for a Project Manager  with the mission to c oordinate  the complete life of the projects assigned : planning, execution, and closure.

Tasks to be performed :

• Take full ownership of assigned projects, overseeing their entire lifecycle from planning, execution, to closure .
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to company quality standards and procedures .
• Define project scopes and objectives , engaging all key stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility as well as effective risk management .
• Manage project communications , maintaining close collaboration with stakeholders such as subcontractors, partners, and customers .
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies .
• Utilize appropriate verification methods to track and control changes in project scope, timeline, and costs .
• Provide regular reports and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation .

The position is located in our Headquarters of Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid).
